Ltd. ‘New Technologies’ is occupied with producing and selling aluminum fuel tanks of different sizes and displacement. They are intended for such brands of tractors as Iveco, Mercedes, DAF, Scania, Volvo, Renault and Man. Besides, our company produces and sells brackets for tanks and provides services connected with their installation. All models of the universal fuel tank can be used for the substitution of the tank which has already outlived its usefulness. In this case the tank is installed in brackets, while the fuel intake is linked up from the previous tank. At the same time, every model can be applied independently as an additional fuel tank. All necessary norms and technologies (of producing fuel containers which may be exposed to dynamic load) accepted by European manufacturers are always considered when producing our tanks. Our tanks are constructed on the base of the alloy of aluminum and magnesium. Their thickness is 3 mm (while in most of European tractors the thickness of a tank is 2 mm, or maximum 2.5 mm), which adds to them more endurance. All elements of our tanks are made with the help of the method of cold punching. Moreover, their devices of numerical control are very flexible, which gives the possibility to keep the necessary size of clearances and slacks during their assembly.
